Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review our booking policy below: Booking and Payment: Advance Booking: Classes must be booked in advance to secure your spot. Due to limited space, we recommend booking as early as possible. Payment: Full payment is required 72 hours before event. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation by Participant: More than 7 Days Before Class: You may cancel your booking for a full refund or transfer to another class date. 7 Days or Less Before Class: Cancellations within this period are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours before the class. Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Rescheduling: Participant Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled class. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the class cannot be accommodated. Organizer Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule a class, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for alternative dates. Attendance: Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may miss important instructions and may not be able to participate. Health and Safety: Health Precautions: If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with a contagious illness, please contact us to discuss rescheduling options. Safety Measures: Follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor during the class to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Liability: Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal belongings brought to the class. Please keep your valuables safe. Damage or Injury: By booking a class, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage or injury that may occur during the class.
